Anne Marie Gennusa, a lawyer, and Joel Studivant, her client, allege that members of the St. Johns County Sheriffs Office *1342violated their Fourth Amendment rights and the Federal Wiretapping Act by recording their attorney-client conversations in an interview room at the Sheriffs Office and by forcefully seizing Studivant’s written statement.
