WICKERSHAM, Judge:

This is an appeal from an order dismissing a suppression motion and affirming sentence. We also affirm. Appellant Ryan was arrested on January 18,1977 and charged with ten counts of receiving stolen property, possession of an automo bile with a defaced manufacturer’s serial number, and criminal mischief in excess of $5000.00.

On May 17, 1977 appellant Ryan filed a petition to quash arrest and suppress evidence seized pursuant to two search warrants.
