Affirming.

Tlie indictment against tlie appellant, Joe Allen, accused him of the offense denounced by section 1967, Kentucky Statutes. A trial upon the indictment resulted in a verdict of guilty by the jury, and the imposition, of a fine, in accordance with the verdict, in the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars. A motion for a new trial was made and overruled, and being dissatisfied with the judgment, he has brought it by appeal to this court for review.
