Willie Robertson and Charlie Parker were- jointly indicted for unlawfully and maliciously assaulting Otis Bond with an intent to rob him, a crime defined by section 1160 of the Kentucky Statutes. On his separate trial Willie Robertson was convicted and his punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for twenty-one years.
