Donald Mealy appeals a defense judgment on his counts against B-Mobile, Inc., and Guldmann, Inc., for loss of consortium and negligent infliction of emotional distress after the granting of a motion for judgment (Code Civ. Proc., § 631.8) in a nonjury trial. He contends the trial court’s findings that he suffered no cognizable damages on either count are based on legal error and are not supported by the evidence.
