I. INTRODUCTION

This case arises out of a dispute between the Pennsylvania Business Bank and Biz Bank Corp, a South Korean company, and a South Korean citizen affiliated with Biz Bank Corp., Daemon Won, over the internet web address <http://www.biz-bank.com >. The gravamen of plaintiffs claims are that defendant’s website at <http://www.bizbank.com> infringes plaintiffs trademark and constitutes cy-bersquatting.
