Edgar Keaton Martin appeals his conviction for being a felon in possession of a firearm in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1). Martin argues that the evidence was insufficient to support the conviction and that the district court 1 erred by instructing the jury on constructive possession. We affirm.
