Appeal from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed May 23, 2012, which ruled that claimant was entitled to receive unemployment insurance benefits.

Claimant worked as a customer service representative for the employer and the prior owner of the business for approximately 15 years. In February 2009, approximately one year after the *1045employer took over the business, claimant resigned, citing childcare issues. Claimant’s application for unemployment insurance benefits was initially denied and, following a hearing, the Administrative Law Judge upheld that determination.…
