These consolidated cases are before the court on direct appeal from the grant of an interlocutory injunction and appointment of a receiver.

In 1994, Florence Hicks Alexander purchased the former Tift College campus in Forsyth, Georgia, and, along with others, established the Ebon Foundation, a non-profit corporation, incorporated under the laws of the District of Columbia for educational purposes.
