W. P. Riggs, as executor of the estate of George Herr Reinicker, deceased, brings this action to recover upon five negotiable promissory notes, aggregating, with interest, $11,913.62, executed by appellee to his decedent. The petition was filed January 29, 1914. The execution of the notes is admitted, but appellant complains of the method adopted by the court in computing the interest thereon.
