INTRODUCTION

T1 Energy Claims Limited (ECL), a British Virgin Islands company, filed suit in Utah district court, asserting a now defunct Utah corporation's claims against that corporation's former directors, Catalyst Investment Group Limited (Catalyst), Mr. Timothy Roberts, and ARM Asset-Backed Securities, S.A. (ARM). All of the defendants reside, or have their principal place of business, outside of Utah.
