On February 2, 2007, plaintiffs Jamaica Hospital Medical Center, Inc. (“Jamaica Hospital”) and Flushing Hospital Medical Center, Inc., (“Flushing Hospital”) (collectively “Plaintiffs” or the “Hospitals”) filed the instant complaint (“Complaint”) against defendants United Health Group, Inc.
