This action was brought by Louis Michaud against Mr. and Mrs. W. H. McKinnon to recover damages for injuries to personal and real property as a result of a fire. There was a jury verdict for the plaintiff in the total amount of $8,843.50 against both defendants. Prom the judgment entered on the verdict, only Mrs. McKinnon appealed in error.
