This action was brought by a dependent to recover compensation for the death of a workman under the provisions of the workmen’s compensation act (G. S. 1949, Ch. 44, Art. 5). The *791trial court made findings of fact in favor of the claimant, the widow and sole dependent of the deceased, and allowed compensation.
