This case comes before this Court by grant of plaintiff’s delayed application for leave to appeal from the circuit court’s denial of plaintiff’s motion for an order nunc pro tunc of a judgment of divorce dated June 22, 1976.

On May 14, 1976, a final hearing was held on plaintiff’s complaint for divorce in Wayne County Circuit Court. After taking testimony and hearing the arguments of counsel, the court made a complete disposition of the property of the parties, ordered custody of the minor children to the defendant, and concluded:
