Appellant, James Thoma, challenges the injunction entered against him for allegedly stalking the Victim. Thoma argues that the trial court erred in entering the injunction because (1) there was insufficient evidence of a course of conduct to support a finding of stalking, and (2) the conditions imposed by the trial court as part of the injunction were overly broad and thus unconstitutional as a restriction on Thoma’s freedom of speech.
