Plaintiff Grand Master Contracting, LLC (“Grand Master”), brought this suit against Lincoln Apartment Management Limited Partnership (‘ ‘ Lincoln ”), property manager of the Woodchase Village Apartments (the “Apartment Complex”), and Lincoln’s general manager, Lincoln BP Management (“appellees”).
