MEMORANDUM OPINION AND JUDGMENT ON UNITED STATES TRUSTEE’S OBJECTIONS TO DISCHARGE

This consumer bankruptcy case was commenced nearly five years ago, on July 21,2011 (the “Petition Date”).1 Less than two months before the Petition Date, Mr. Chesley (“Debtor”) received about $336,644 from settling a personal injury claim.2 That would have paid a substantial amount of the debts he owed.
