This matter is on appeal from an order of the bankruptcy court (1) denying a discharge to the debtors pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 727(a)(5), and (2) finding the debt owed to Atto Corporation to be nondis-chargeable pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2)(A).
