HERRMANN, Chief Justice:

On this appeal from conviction for Second Degree Murder and Possession of a Deadly Weapon during the Commission of a Felony, the defendant raises three issues: (1) that the Trial Court improperly denied his motion to exclude statements he made during the initial on-the-scene investigation of the crime; (2) that the Trial Court erred in denying his motion for judgment of acquittal on the ground of insufficient evidence to support a conviction of Second Degree Murder; and (3) that the Trial Judge improperly admitted color photographic slides of the victim’s wound taken…
