Consolidated Plaintiffs in this matter, Lizzette M. Bouret Echevarria, Nicole Vidal Bouret, Catherine Vidal Bouret, and Camille Vidal Bouret (“Plaintiffs”) commenced this action seeking compensatory damages against the named defendants, Robinson Helicopter Company (“RHC”), Caribbean Aviation Maintenance Corporation (“CAM”), et al.
