In a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of the Board of Zoning Appeals of the Incorporated Village of Málveme, dated September 29, 2005, which, after a hearing, denied his application for area variances, the petitioner appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Galasso, J.), dated January 9, 2006, which denied the petition and dismissed the proceeding.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
