— The purpose of this action is to determine to whom shall be paid one thousand dollars due from the Aetna Life Insurance Company under a group insurance policy issued by the insurance company to the St. Paul «fe Tacoma Lumber Company on the life of Peter Miller, a lately deceased employee of the lumber company. The action was brought by Marie Elizabeth Koch, who claims to be the legally designated beneficiary, against the insurance company, the lumber company, the executor of the estate of the deceased Miller, and against Lula Pilant, who also claims she is the legally designated beneficiary…
