Suzanne Bynum initiated this ERISA civil action in the District of South Carolina against CIGNA Healthcare of North Carolina, Incorporated (“CIGNA”), main-tabling that CIGNA had improperly denied her infant daughter’s claim for health benefits for treatment of a skull deformity.
