LUDINGTON, District Judge.
Appellee Jennifer Denise Cassim (“Cas-sim”) filed a voluntary petition under Chapter 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. §§ 1301-1330, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. She also commenced an adversary proceeding seeking a determination that her student loan debt owed to Appellant Educational Credit Management Corporation (“Educational Credit”) is dischargeable based on “undue hardship” pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(8).
