This appeal involves a dispute between partners. Plaintiffs-Appellants, Robert D. Fulcher III, Eleanor Fulcher, and Allen-Fulcher Partnership, appeal the trial court’s ruling in favor of Appellees, R. Chancellor Allen, H. Stanley Allen, and Harwell-Alien Partnership.

Longtime friends, Robert Fulcher (Ful-cher) and Chancellor Allen (Allen), entered into two partnerships to develop real estate during the mid-1980’s. These partnerships continued into the mid-1990’s when financial difficulties began to cause extreme conflict between Fulcher and Allen. These…
