Before the Court is the Plaintiffs Motion for Partial Summary Judgement.
FACTS
The parties agree on the following facts. On June 9, 1975, Plaintiffs, the Chicago District Council of Carpenters Pension Fund, the Chicago District Council of Carpenters Welfare Fund and the Chicago and Northeast Illinois District Council of Carpenters Apprentice and Trainee Program (“Plaintiffs”), and Defendant, The Industrial Erectors, Inc.
