MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

LINDBERG, District Judge.

Plaintiffs, the Chicago District Council of Carpenters Pension Fund, Chicago District Council of Carpenters Welfare Fund, and the Chicago and Northeast Illinois District Council of Carpenters Apprentice and Trainee Program Fund (“the Funds”), are multi-employer funded trust funds that provide pension, welfare and training benefits to members of the Chicago and Northeast Illinois District Council of Carpenters and affiliated or local unions.
