Appellants, East Ocean, Inc. and Paul Augustine, appeal from a summary judgment in an unlawful detainer action entered in the Associate Division of the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis. The court ordered restitution of the premises to respondent, S.L. Motel Enterprises, Inc., and damages of $83,333.33.
