We decide, as a matter of federal constitutional law, that the record in this particular case adequately shows that appellant voluntarily pled guilty.

Appellant was charged in a five count indictment with aggravated sexual assault of a six-year-old girl. These charges arose out of one sexual encounter involving appellant, the victim and the victim’s biological father who was appellant’s long-time friend and a police officer.
