Plaintiffs Gregory Hohmann and Patricia Hohmann seek damages from defendants GTECH Corporation, GTECH Printing Corporation (collectively “GTECH”), and William Miller based on two statements made by Miller in connection with a fraud investigation conducted by the Connecticut Lottery Corporation (CLC) and the Connecticut Division of Special Revenue (DSR).
