PRICE, Judge.

The trial court, sitting without a jury, found appellant guilty of nonsupport, in violation of Sections 89 and 90, Title 34, Code 1940.

The following agreed statement of facts was introduced in evidence:

“This is an agreed statement of facts in" Case No. 98594, which is appealed from the Juvenile Court, wherein the defendant was charged with desertion, or non-support, of the minor child of Jimmie Sue Reynolds.
