This is a petition for writ of prohibition presented by Jesse Newcomc. to this court to prohibit the judge of the juvenile court of Montgomery from collecting from him $2 per week for the support of his alleged child, pending an appeal to the circuit court from a judgment of conviction of petitioner for the nonsupport of the child, and to prevent the judge from punishing- him for contempt, upon his failure to pay the $2 weekly, pending the appeal. The judge of the juvenile court demurs to, and without waiving it answers, the petition.
