¶ 1. Leslie J. Webster appealed from the referee's findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation that the petition for reinstatement of his license to practice law in this state be denied. Webster's license was suspended on January 21, 1998, for two years following his felony conviction in federal court on the charge of aiding and abetting the fraudulent concealment of a debtor's property from a bankruptcy trustee.
