This case is before us for a determination on the second set of preliminary objections filed by the defendant, Hartford Insurance Company. A review of an amended complaint filed by plaintiff, First National Bank of Western Pennsylvania, reveals that Hartford in*286sured a motor vehicle owned by James R. Smith and Michael B. Kenly. First National, which held the status of lien holder in relationship to the vehicle, was a loss payee under the provisions of the Hartford insurance policy.
