OPINION AND ORDER CASELLAS, District Judge.

This is an action brought pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), 29 U.S.C. § 621 — et seq.; the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 — et seq.; the Civil Rights Act, 42 U.S.C. § 1983; the First, Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution; and various provisions of state law. Plaintiffs are Victor Vicenty Martell, his wife and their conjugal partnership.
