Plaintiff is the seller under a land sale contract. It brought this action seeking, inter alia, (1) specific performance of the contract against defendants Keene, Elder and Foster F. Keene, M.D., P.C. Profit Sharing and Retirement Plan Trust (Trust I); (2) a creditor’s bill against F.F.K. Profit Sharing and Retirement Plan Trust (Trust II); and (3) remedies against Keene individually and as trustee of Trust I.
