This matter is before the court on a motion for summary judgment filed by defendants Penn-Harris-Madison School Corporation (“PHMSC”) and five individuals employed by PHMSC at Penn High School: school principal David R. Tydgat; associate principals Dave Risner and Steven Hope; and guidance counselors Marni Cronk and Vickie Marshall.
