This is an appeal from an order of the district court setting aside a release of a judgment upon the ground of fraud. Although we are not here concerned with the proceedings resulting in that district court judgment, it may be well to state that the action was commenced December 21, 1943, by Ellen Carrigg, the appellee here, and on March 29, 1948, she obtained a judgment restoring to her the title to certain real property and granting her a money judgment in the net amount of $1,213.
