The plaintiff, E. Gene Schulze, was principal of the elementary school in Humboldt, Kansas, and was employed by the defendant school board. The board, after complaint and hearing, *352issued a letter of reprimand and placed it in plaintiffs personnel file. Plaintiff filed suit seeking an injunction against the action of the board and damages for malicious prosecution, libel and slander. The trial court sustained defendant’s motion for summary judgment.
