This is an appeal from the district court of Garvin county, sustaining a demurrer to the petition in an action to enjoin and restrain the board of county commissioners of said county, acting as drainage commissioners, from letting a contract, or from further proceeding with a drainage district known as Wild Horse drainage district No. 2, or to appropriate the lands of plaintiffs for such drainage purposes.
