This is an appeal from a judgment rendered in the district court of Okfuskee county, in an action brought by defendant in error, as executor of the estate of Edwin A. Welty, deceased, against the plaintiffs in error, to recover upon a note for $500, and to foreclose a real estate mortgage securing same, said note and mortgage having been executed by defendants on January 28, 1928.
