Appeal from an order of the district court. Defendants Louis A. Dehn and Laurentia Dehn, his wife, concede that plaintiffs statement of facts is substantially complete but submit some additional data referred to hereinafter.

Plaintiff’s attorneys deposited two envelopes in the United States mail in Minneapolis on Friday, August 2, 1963.
