Midwest Trading Group, Inc. (“Midwest”) seeks recovery against GlobalTranz *890Enterprises, Inc. (“GIobalTranz”) for a loss arising out of the theft of two shipments of Android tablet computers during interstate motor transit. Other Defendants in the case, American Freight Network, Inc. (“American Freight”), AKOP Karapetan d/b/a V & R Trucking, Inc. (“V & R Trucking”), and Evertek, Inc. (“Evertek”), have not participated in the case and do not have an attorney appearance on file.
