The appellant, owner and lessor of a coal mine in Allegany County, appeals from a decree compelling it to renew the lease, under a covenant for renewal at the end of the term on the same terms, stipulations and conditions, provided the lessee should have complied with or performed all of the conditions, covenants, agreements and stipulations to be by it complied with or performed.
