MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Following this Court’s order granting in part and denying in part defendants Bank One Milwaukee, N.A. and Team Chevrolet, Inc.’s motion to dismiss, see Demitropoulos v. Bank One Milwaukee, N.A., 915 F.Supp. 1399 (N.D.Ill.1996), plaintiff Bill Demitropoulos filed an amended complaint. As did his original complaint, Demitropoulos’ amended complaint alleges that Bank One’s standard automobile lease form violates several disclosure requirements of the Consumer Leasing Act (“CLA”), 15 U.S.C. § 1667 et seg. 1 In addition to claims not relevant…
