ORDER
CARR, District Judge.
This is a truth-in-lending case in which plaintiffs allege that Huntington National Bank violated various disclosure requirements of the Consumer Leasing Act (CLA), 15 U.S.C. § 1667a, Ohio Uniform Commercial Code, O.R.C. § 1309.18, and Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act; O.R.C. § 1345.03. This Court has jurisdiction over the federal claim pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1331 and 1337. Pending is defendant’s Rule 12(b)(6) motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim on which relief can be granted. (Doc. 6). For the following reasons, defendant’s motion shall be granted as…
