Plaintiffs Service International Union National Industry Pension Fund (the “Fund”) and its Trustees bring this action for unpaid contributions, interest, liquidated damages, and attorneys’ fees, and costs against defendant Harborview Healthcare Center Inc, (“Harborview”), pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”), 29 U.S.C. § 1132(a)(3), (d)(1), (g)(2) and 1145, and the Labor Management Relations Act of 1947 (“LMRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 185(a).
