The defendant, Adam Wells, was indicted on four counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and one count of felonious sexual assault against his minor daughter. See RSA 632-A:2,1(j)(2), :3, III (2007). The trial court granted the defendant’s motion to dismiss one of the indictments alleging aggravated felonious sexual assault (AFSA).
