The defendant, Darlene Nightingale, appeals her conviction by a jury of felony sale of a controlled drug (Oxycontin) within 1,000 feet of a school. See RSA 318-B:2, I (Supp. 2009); RSA 318-B:26, V (Supp. 2009).
